As a Marketing Assistant for our new premium fashion brand, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies, support SoMe and campaigns. You will work closely with the rest of the team members to help drive brand awareness, promote our products, and engage with our target audience. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who has experience and an understanding about the fashion industry, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our brand.
Assist in the development, managing and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships & performance tracking.
Responsible for the company showroom and samples to influencers and other influential media profiles.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with fashion editors, influencers, and other relevant profiles.
Collaborate with internal and external partners, such as designers, photographers, influencers to ensure marketing initiatives are executed smoothly and on time.
Help maintain and update the brand's website, including product descriptions, images, and other content.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the fashion industry.
Assist in organizing and executing events, such as fashion shows, product launches, and brand activations.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Provide administrative support to customer service, the marketing team, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing materials inventory.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation using software such as Adobe or Photoshop.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and fashion trends.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Deep understanding of the fashion industry and consumer behavior.
Ability to work under pressure and ad-hoc.
Ability to work with many tasks simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to rapid changes.
