Production Intern

Location: Stockholm/Distance
Duration: Minimum 2 months. 
We are looking for someone to start in August 2023 for at least 3 months but preferably 6 months.

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated candidate to join us as a Production Intern. This position will be a crucial link between our production and marketing department, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and alignment of activities. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the fashion industry while contributing to the growth and success of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and coordinating the production process, including sourcing materials, tracking production timelines, and ensuring quality control standards.

  • Sample coordination for photo productions

  • Collaborate with the production team to monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and facilitate timely product deliveries.

  • Support the marketing team in organizing photo shoots, ensuring seamless coordination between production and marketing requirements.

  • Help maintain and update product databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for marketing and sales purposes.

  • Provide general administrative support to the production and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining documentation.

  • Support on Projects Briefs

  • Ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. 

  • Passionate about the fashion industry with a strong understanding of current trends and consumer preferences.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in production management, marketing, or fashion-related roles is a plus.
