We are now looking for a motivated candidate to join us as a SoMe and Production Intern. This position will be a crucial link between our production and marketing department, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and alignment of activities. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the fashion industry while contributing to the growth and success of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and post engaging content for Instagram and TikTok - both organic and paid.
Work with influencer marketing, from planning and implementation to follow-up.
Sample coordination for photo productions
Collaborate with the production team to monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and facilitate timely product deliveries.
Support the marketing team in organizing photo shoots, ensuring seamless coordination between production and marketing requirements.
Help maintain and update product databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for marketing and sales purposes.
Provide general administrative support to the production and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining documentation.
Ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
Passionate about the fashion industry with a strong understanding of current trends and consumer preferences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms. Beneficial to have knowledge within the Adobe Creative Cloud.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in production management, marketing, or fashion-related roles is a plus.
