Position title: SoMe / Production Intern

ÀVORA is a Swedish fashion brand specializing in qualitative clothing for women aged 25-35. At ÀVORA we work in a flexible, fun and high-speed environment. We are now looking for a motivated candidate to join us as a SoMe and Production Intern. This position will be a crucial link between our production and marketing department, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and alignment of activities. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the fashion industry while contributing to the growth and success of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and post engaging content for Instagram and TikTok - both organic and paid.

  • Work with influencer marketing, from planning and implementation to follow-up.

  • Sample coordination for photo productions

  • Collaborate with the production team to monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and facilitate timely product deliveries.

  • Support the marketing team in organizing photo shoots, ensuring seamless coordination between production and marketing requirements.

  • Help maintain and update product databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for marketing and sales purposes.

  • Provide general administrative support to the production and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining documentation.

  • Ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. 

  • Passionate about the fashion industry with a strong understanding of current trends and consumer preferences.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms. Beneficial to have knowledge within the Adobe Creative Cloud. 

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in production management, marketing, or fashion-related roles is a plus.

Position Title: Designer

As a designer you will play a key role in developing our collections and contribute with your creativity and expertise to continue building our brand. At ÀVORA, we are a small team working closely together, and as a designer with us, you will work closely with our design and production team as well as other departments to ensure our products maintain the highest quality.

Key responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing new collections

  • Being responsible for technical drawings and other specifications

  • Collaborating with purchasing, production, and marketing to ensure consistency and quality

  • Staying updated on trends and market developments to ensure our products are at the forefront

  • Being responsible for colors and participating in the production process

  • Participating in and contributing to creative meetings and brainstorming sessions

Requirements:

  • Has at least 3 years of experience as a designer in the fashion industry

  • Has good knowledge of materials

  • Has a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create innovative and commercially viable designs

  • Has good knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools

  • Is meticulous and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Has excellent communication skills and can work effectively both independently and in a team

  • Is skilled at making decisions and taking on a leadership role when needed

  • Has experience working with sustainable materials and methods (meritorious but not required)

  • Has good language skills in Swedish and English

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Ability to work under pressure and ad-hoc

  • Ability to work with many tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes
